Two Layer Birch Hex Card Game Board
This board is made from a carved piece of high qulity Baltic Birch Plywood and looks sharp with the natural grain of the wood contrasting with the colourful game pieces. The pieces are held in place within the recessed slots with just enough room to place them and remove them. The playing surface has sections set in each corner to neatly store all the playing pieces you will need(roads, houses etc.) to help keep you organized while playing, so no more loose piles of pieces that can be lost.
This is only an accessory to the popular game as an uograde after purchasing the full game set.
Due to the wood that we make this out of your board may or may not have patches in the surface or knots/colouration in the bottom of the carved out areas. If you are very particular about your wood, let us know and we can send a photo of the board we pick to send you.
The playing surface on this board is suitable for a 4 player game the board is setup for the basic game mode and does not accomodate any of the expansions that require adding more tiles. On the board is space for roads and all of the tiles required for play. However this board is only an accessory and you must purchase the full game separately to use this board.
As wood is a natural living product it can be a little unruly; knots, streaking, other blemishes and flaws in the grain can occur during the natural growth of the tree. These may be present in all our products to some degree but we do control for anything that will seriously interfere with the use or look of our items. We at Masterpiece Lasered Wood, the home of the famous "Wonky" furniture design believe these imperfections add a uniqueness to our products and LOVE us some rebellious wood grain or an interesting knot here or there that doesn't interfere with the use of the item. If you specifically want an interesting grain pattern or knot in your order, let us know and we will try to find something for your tastes.

- Includes rubber feet to keep the board in place during play.
- Finished with 2 coats of lacquer in a similar process given to a high quality piece of furniture. It is very durable and requires no care. Simply wipe with a damp cloth if it becomes dirty.
- As wood is a natural product there will be differences in the wood grain and features such as knots and mineral streaks from piece to piece as well as a couple artifacts of the plywood manufacturing process. The picture represents an average example but not the exact one you will get.
- Does Not come with any game pieces - Board Only.

TERMS
We want you to be happy with your purchase! If you are not satisfied or it wasn't what you thought, please contact us within 3 days after you have received your purchase. We will refund your item less the shipping charges. You will be responsible for returning items in their original condition and packaging as well as return shipping costs. The refund will be issued after receiving the returned item.
ELIGIBLE ITEMS
All items EXCEPT those that have had custom laser are eligible for returns.
DAMAGES
We put a lot of effort in secure packaging. However, if your product was significantly damaged because of shipping we will replace damaged items free of charge. Photos of damages are required within 3 days after you have received your product and it is up to the discretion of Masterpiece to award damages.
LOSSES
If it gets lost we are not responsible for shipping another one. Out of the hundreds of items we ship very few go missing. Shipping internationally goes smoothly most of the time. Be aware that every so often items may be delayed by the shipping service or customs. If there was a conformation of delivery to the address from the courier service the item will be deemed delivered. We consider a package lost if it has not arrived 30 days after being shipped.Care Instructions
As the Catan board is finished with Lacquer no care is needed, just wipe clean with a damp cloth and avoid soaking the board in water or using harsh cleaners.

Normal Addresses:
Orders within Canada are all shipped with tracking and may be shipped with the carriers Canada Post, UPS, or Purolator depending on which service offers the best rates. Our prices are based on the best estimates that work for most of the country but if you're having your item shipped to a more remote part of Canada we may need to contact you for extra shipping fees.
Orders within the United States of America are all shipped with tracking and may be shipped with the carriers Canada Post/USPS, UPS or DHL, or FedEx. Our prices are based on the best estimates that work for most of the country but if you're having your item shipped to a more remote part of the USA we may need to contact you for extra shipping fees.
P.O. boxes:
We prefer not to ship to P.O. boxes. All orders shipped to P.O. boxes in Canada or the USA can only be shipped by Canada Post/USPS and depending on costs may ship without tracking or require extra fees from the customer after purchase for tracked shipping. This means that these orders may be more expensive to ship and will likely take the longest time to arrive.
International:
We don't offer standard shipping outside of Canada and the USA; however we do offer custom shipping quotes, so feel free to message us with the item(s) you are interested in and the international address you would like to ship it to as well as a phone number. Please be aware that you will be responsible for any and all taxes and customs fees applied to your order to be paid by you at delivery.

Most orders shipped within Canada should arrive within 5-12 business days after being processed(1-3 business days) unless the item is being shipped to a remote location or there are external shipping delays outside our control.
USA:
Most orders shipped to the United States of America should arrive within 5-12 business days after being processed(1-3 business days) unless the item is being shipped to a remote location or there are external shipping delays outside our control.
International:
If you would like to ship an order outside of Canada or the USA, the shipping times will be dependent upon what country you live in. A very rough estimate of shipping time after an order has been processed would be 5-15 business days with air mail and 30-90 business days with surface(sea) mail, unless the item is being shipped to a remote location or there are external shipping delays outside our control.
