Comb Sample for Riccardo
This is a sample of our stock combs with fine teeth, intended for use on beards and mustaches.
For reference, the teeth on this comb are further apart than what we have been discussing for the fine tooth option on the custom comb. The gap between teeth is about 2.5mm and each tooth is about 1.5mm at the bottom before it begins to taper.
In our programs we need to add about 0.25mm to account for the width of the laser as it cuts through the wood. So in our files each of these distances are increased by 0.5mm to account for the two sides being cut by the laser. I try to account for the space the laser takes up when cutting by increasing the distances in the files to try and get close to the desired final dimensions.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS
Due to the nature of the lacquer finish this comb is very durable and requires no care. If required, wipe with a damp cloth.

We want you to be happy with your purchase! If you are not satisfied or it wasn't what you thought, please contact us within 3 days after you have received your purchase. We will refund your item less the shipping charges. You will be responsible for returning items in their original condition and packaging as well as return shipping costs. The refund will be issued after receiving the returned item.

All items EXCEPT those that have had custom laser are eligible for returns.
DAMAGES
We put a lot of effort in secure packaging. However, if your product was significantly damaged because of shipping we will replace damaged items free of charge. Photos of damages are required within 3 days after you have received your product and it is up to the discretion of Masterpiece to award damages.
LOSSES
If it gets lost we are not responsible for shipping another one. Out of the hundreds of items we ship very few go missing. Shipping internationally goes smoothly most of the time. Be aware that every so often items may be delayed by the shipping service or customs. If there was a conformation of delivery to the address from the courier service the item will be deemed delivered. We consider a package lost if it has not arrived 30 days after being shipped.
